I specialize in working with eating disorders, anxiety, and life transitions. I also work with those facing challenges like depression, low self-esteem, relationship stress, and school or job pressures. I use a person-centered approach and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.
I know reaching out for help can be one of the hardest, most vulnerable steps you’ll take. I’m so glad you’re here, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this path.
