Do you feel like your mind is constantly somewhere else, replaying the past, worrying about the future, or getting caught in cycles of overthinking that make it hard to be present? Anxiety and depression can pull us away from ourselves, making everyday moments feel overwhelming.
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” who you are. You are already worthy, enough, and deserving exactly as you are. My role is to help you better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck so you can move through life with more self-compassion and intention.
I work collaboratively with clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, procrastination, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and difficulties feeling connected to themselves or others. My approach is grounded in mindfulness and draws from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based practices, while always tailoring our work to your unique goals and experiences.
Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage difficult emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, and stay grounded in the present moment. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up honestly, feel supported without judgment, and move toward a version of life that feels more authentic to who you are.
