You deserve more. I will meet you where you are and help you start your journey, and I will support you every step of the way.
I have had 6 years of experience practicing therapy with young adults and adults in both behavioral health and forensic settings. I strive to empower people to find emotional balance and peace in their lives. I see myself as a practitioner who views individuals from a humanistic perspective and through talk therapy focuses on a person’s individual nature. Whether your dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, interpersonal and/or familial relationship concerns this approach can benefit people with finding purpose or reaching their potential.
I am here to show you that there is hope and there is a way to make things better. My therapy style is warm, creative, radically genuine, and supportive. As a therapist I work hard to understand you as a unique individual. I will meet you with unconditional positive regard. I believe each person is on a unique life journey and sometimes life’s journey takes us to unexpected places. I also believe those individuals who live life with purpose and meaning live vibrantly and I look forward to joining you wherever you are on that journey.
