Lola Ladimir, LCSW

Lola Ladimir, LCSW

Psychotherapist
IL
I am an experienced licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois, practicing a client-centered, strength-based approach that incorporates mindfulness to promote mental well-being and the strength of Self. This approach fosters a collaborative therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and growth. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and completed a fellowship at the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute, which have both enriched my clinical perspective and skills. Through my work as a therapist, I am reminded daily of the resilient nature of the human spirit. From experiences of disappointment to unimaginable trauma, people find the courage to ask for help and to move forward. It is the greatest privilege to, for a time, join someone on their path to healing. My clients allow me to meet them with support when they struggle and to celebrate their joy when they persevere. I acknowledge that tragedy happens every day, and so does triumph.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy is an outlet. A seed of change. Know that no matter what intrudes into - or shatters - our assumptions of this imperfect world, we don’t have to be in it alone. There is nothing more encouraging than a conversation about the possibilities of a life a person can create. Allow yourself to make space for that conversation and for subsequent change.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
