From our very first session, she made me feel comfortable and understood, while also challenging me to think differently and see things about myself that I hadn’t realized before. Her wisdom and guidance have helped me navigate my career and personal life in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
She has given me practical advice on how to live more mindfully and be present. I find myself worrying less about the past or future and instead having more gratitude and allowing myself to enjoy all the things the present moment has to offer!

I bring with me 20 years of experience working in Higher Education, with a focus on emerging adult issues, workplace boundaries, and LGBTQIA populations.
