I have had an incredible experience working with Catherine. She is extremely professional, insightful, and kind. From our very first session, she made me feel comfortable and understood, while also challenging me to think differently and see things about myself that I hadn’t realized before. Her wisdom and guidance have helped me navigate my career and personal life in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
She has given me practical advice on how to live more mindfully and be present. I find myself worrying less about the past or future and instead having more gratitude and allowing myself to enjoy all the things the present moment has to offer!

I bring with me 20 years of experience working in Higher Education, with a focus on emerging adult issues, workplace boundaries, and LGBTQIA populations. I may be a good fit for those trying to balance work and relationships, anxiety, depression, and family issues. I also have experience working with creatives.
