As an experienced therapist with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Moody Bible Institute, I'm dedicated to supporting you in your personal growth and healing journey. Whether through in-person or telehealth appointments, I aim to help you align your life with your values, reducing anxiety and depression. Feeling stuck often arises from misaligned choices, and I'm here to guide you on your path to growth and healing.
My approach to therapeutic healing is Person-Centered, eclectic, and tailored to your unique needs. I offer support based on what you require at the moment, always respecting and integrating your individuality and spiritual beliefs into our sessions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) and various therapeutic practices, including art therapy for creative expression, ecotherapy to connect with nature, and meditation for stress reduction, as well as other scientifically proven methods.
My training includes a residency and fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Health and an internship in counseling at Chicago Christian Counseling Center, which have enriched my ability to provide compassionate, effective care. This personalized approach ensures that each client feels understood and accepted and receives the care that best supports their growth and goals.
