I will warn you!! The location that zocdoc gives you is correct, but there is no building name called Live Fit Physical Therapy. They are located INSIDE BEYOND WELLNESS!!! The building that says CHIROPRACTIC ACUPUNCTURE. That was a little confusing but after I found the place everything was wonderful and Dr. Chazzy was incredibly kind and helpful :) would recommend!! She's a great listener, especially when you're a first time physical therapy goer!! Slay Dr. Chazzy.

She went off to attend Christopher Newport University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. She then attended Shenandoah University and received her doctorate in physical therapy.
Since graduating, Dr. Chazzy has learned additional techniques to manage pain to include dry needling, cupping, kinesiology taping and Maitland manual therapy techniques. Dr. Chazzy’s personalized treatment plan with hands-on physical therapy will help you address chronic pain or recover from an injury or surgery. When she’s not working, you can find her exploring new cities or countries with her husband and three fur babies.

I had great visits, she taught me a lot of different exercises/stretches that I still use whenever my shoulder starts to act up.

Dr. Morris is fantastic, I highly recommend her for anyone in need. I worked with her for a year to rehab a back injury that was preventing me from doing the activities I enjoy.
Her wealth of knowledge when it comes to stretching, recovery, and strengthening exercises is supplemented by additional knowledge of dry needling and massage techniques (all of which I needed to get back on my feet!)
If you're an athlete, Dr. Morris is too. She understands your motivation to not just "get better", but to rebuild yourself to come back stronger and faster.
10/10, excellent experience, thank you Dr. Morris!
