My appointment was confirmed by Zocdoc but the office wasn’t aware of it. When i arrived, I learned that non of the time slots showed on Zocdoc are actually available and they are booked till the next week.

I initially entered and there is music blasting overhead and in the treatment room.
The communication with the PT assistant and NOT Dr. Yimam I scheduled with was challenging. The PT assistant had a mask on, but with my ear ringing and the volume of the music especially because it’s not music I prefer to hear in any physical therapy or treatment appointment. It was hard to relax and communicate my health issues. I asked for it to be turned off when I was stomach down and the manual therapy began. I was told no it’s all the same system.
The treatment room was dirty, stale, and not a comfortable set up. I was told I needed to pay for my tins unit pads but it’s covered by insurance. I didn’t mind the initial treatment but it was very uncomfortable.

I was never seen by this Doctor due to the lack of communication from this practice after receiving the ZocDoc request. The reason I rate this facility 1 star is because I was greeted by Shreya Patiya (she’s one of the members who evaluates you) and she was extremely arrogant, rude and unprofessional. She had an aggressive demeanor as soon as I came into the office. She gave me attitude because I didn’t have a doctors order and aggressively told me it was common knowledge that I should have had one? Remind you, this practice is available to book online from ZocDoc which did NOT require any doctors order. I would not recommend anyone to come here unless they train their employees to behave better with NEW patients.
Overall, it was a disappointment and waste of my time because nobody called me to confirm/deny the appointment. I’ve never been treated so rudely from a medical practice before. If Shreya is still working there, highly recommend to stay away.

I always arrive on time and the physician is very dependable. She is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to describing the issues I am having. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The doctors were extremely nice and understanding. I was in a lot of pain. These ladies did all they can to make me comfortable. I will be back !! I highly recommend this practice. You won’t regret it , trust me!
