Whether you've struggled to maintain a relationship with your family or feel burned out from life, stress can weigh heavily on us. My guiding philosophy for your mental health is rooted in support, challenges, and encouragement, as I help you achieve a life that feels free, whole, and healthy.
I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I also specialize in grief counseling, which allows me to support clients through the complex emotions that arise after a significant loss. Additionally, I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for all clients.
My ultimate goal is to empower you to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, free from the burdens of trauma and grief.
