Chelsea uses a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach in order to empower those she is working with and create a supportive space for her clients. She has worked with children and adults in various settings, such as school-based and community mental health settings, and uses a variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, to meet the individual needs of those she is serving. This individual approach allows the client to explore their own needs and goals in a therapeutic space. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring all the PNW has to offer. She looks forward to meeting you!
