Cheryl is an excellent therapist. I keep returning whenever I need help processing or learning to change old habits and behaviors. She is kind and patient and isn't afraid to tell me what I need to work on. She then gives me tools to help me work on it. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a positive experience with a therapist who is a great listener and communicator.

I scheduled two appointments with this therapist, and both times she canceled without notifying me beforehand. I only found out after waiting past the scheduled time and messaging her myself. Waiting without any communication was frustrating and felt unprofessional, especially since I was ready and waiting for a response. The repeated cancellations without prior notice disrupted my plans and made it hard to trust that future appointments would be honored. Clearer communication and punctuality are essential in a therapeutic relationship, and I hope these issues are addressed to ensure a better experience for clients.
