I earned my Master's in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York, and my Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University. I've worked in mental health throughout the five boroughs, in residential, shelter, veteran, and youth/family settings. I have also worked in healthcare technology and nonprofits. As a therapist, I value self-determination and individualized care, approaching each session with curiosity, compassion, and the belief that change and connection are always possible. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have extensive training in caregiving, grief and loss, trauma, substance use, and peri- and post-natal care.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
