Filipina LCSW with a background in community organizing and social justice, and more than a decade of clinical experience. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York, and my Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University. I've worked in mental health throughout the five boroughs, in residential, shelter, veteran, and youth/family settings. I have also worked in healthcare technology and nonprofits.
As a therapist, I value self-determination and individualized care, approaching each session with curiosity, compassion, and the belief that change and connection are always possible.
