Christina at Professional PT is a gifted practitioner. She is so educated and always curious about my whole body, wanting to treat me holistically rather than for just one issue. Christina is the first person to gather a complete surgical history. I am seeing her pre- and post- spine surgery, but she wanted to know all of my surgical history to address how the previous scar tissue may be impacting my current back issues. Easy to get appointments that fit my schedule; excellent support staff both in person and virtually; clean environment with easy parking access at their Red Bank location. I definitely recommend Christina for excellent care

I greatly enjoy working with professional and competitive athletes, as well as the elderly and youth. I focus on injury rehabilitation and wellness to help my patients return to exercise, sport, and life. I hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Fordham University. I am certified in Sports and Conditioning (CSCS), Level I Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Level I Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and Maitland, as well as Level I/II certified in Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT). Drawing from my passion for education, my experience as a Division I athlete, and training for Ironman and marathon distances, I strive to provide the most effective treatment to help patients return to optimal performance.
