I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist and I offer psychotherapy online ("telehealth") to give you maximum access to treatment sessions. My practice focuses on helping adults of all ages and career stages manage issues related to depression, anxiety, and physical illness associated with stress. My work is client-centered and I choose my methods based on client needs. I most often rely on methods from Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Strength-Based approaches.
