I am a fully licensed LCSW in Texas, New Jersey, and Florida. Experience ranging from children, adolescents, and adults; I have experience with all populations and ages in all settings and am able to work with all types of mental health issues. I have a passion for helping people solve problems, find happiness, and become their best selves. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, as well as working with teens, young adults, & those dealing with difficult life transitions. I believe in treating each of my clients as a unique individual.
Outside of therapy; I’m passionate about dogs, currently volunteering with a Dallas-based Pitbull rescue; fitness is a way of life for me: soccer (still play competitively), yoga running, and lifting.
