I've been a therapist for 28 years and I feel that people know what's best and what they want for themselves. Many times they don't know how to get there and need help; support and confidence in themselves to get it done. I love to help clients work through their issues; restore confidence and look forward to their future! I love it when clients tell me I come from a dysfunctional family." My response is always "show me a functional family because I'm not sure one exists!" Every family has some dysfunction and there are various degrees of dysfunction. Some are much worse than others."
