Chris Austin is as good as it gets. I was rehasbing a torn shoulder labrum and he made a tough process smoother than I thought possible. He not only showed me each drill, but he explained why I was doing everything in a manner that built a strong base of knowledge post-injury. Even better was how he saw the process through when I was not at the office, he was always available through email, pointing me in the right direction that communication continued as I made my way back to the gym, where he explained what I might encounter on various lifts.

Chris does a great job listening, thinking about solutions and implementing treatment. I've been to therapy at a few places, and Chris and his team are the best I've experienced by far.
