've seen Christopher for some time and have found him to be incredibly helpful and insightful. He created a safe and comfortable space for me to explore my feelings and challenges, and I feel like I've made significant progress within my life because of his extensive knowledge with EMDR. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone as an EMDR therapist.

Navigating trauma and loss can be an incredibly challenging journey. I work with individuals and couples facing a range of issues, including PTSD, complex PTSD (CPTSD), traumatic loss, and prolonged bereavement. My approach is rooted in empathy and a genuine desire to help you heal from childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, and attachment wounds. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their experiences and emotions, and I am here to support you in that process. I also have the privilege of helping those dealing with betrayal trauma and the unique challenges that arise in relationships. As an EMDR-certified therapist and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to your specific needs. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. Together, we can work toward understanding your past, processing your feelings, and finding a path toward healing and connection. My goal is to empower you to move forward with hope and resilience.

I’ve struggled finding a good therapist but I feel like I finally found one I feel comfortable with. He has honestly been so helpful, I’ve really seen a difference in my self. I wake up excited for the day which I didn't think was possible.
