Dr. Chris Collins is a licensed physical therapist who has devoted his career to helping others achieve their wellness goals. He received his bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2008 and is a diehard FSU Seminole! He graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Allied Health in May 2013 and has been licensed to practice in Texas since August 2013. He served as a clinic director for a physical therapy facility in Southlake before joining the Driven Elite Health team. Dr. Collins grew up playing basketball and participated on the AAU circuit for several years before focusing on schooling. He continues to participate in recreational basketball tournaments and has a passion for rehabbing clients back to the activities they love.
