I would highly recommend this doctor as he is an exceptional therapist, both in life experience and in education for the job. He also has a wonderful sense of humor which lends itself quite nicely when times get tough. He is very positive by nature and always has encouraging words for me. I am truly blessed to have found him and I highly recommend him!

very personable. Actually really listens and has great feedback. I am looking forward to working more with him in the future. It has been difficult to find someone that I felt could help but he has given me a secure feeling I have found a great mental health specialist that can help me accomplish my goals.

In addition, Dr. Seavey is a Certified Vocational Evaluator, a Florida Workers Compensation Rehabilitation Provider, a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Board Certified Forensic Counselor, a DOT/SAP Evaluator, and a Diplomat in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy and in Forensic Counseling. In addition, Dr. Seavy provides general substance abuse evaluations.
Dr. Seavey is a past president of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association. This phenomenal doctor is supremely fluent communicating with those who'd probably make for the ultimate poster child representing "pressured attention deficit disorder stuck in manic mode after ugly moment in life happened"
Highly educated compounded with a life spent exquisitely well and no doubt a natural propensity towards healing and restoration. My personal review is a blend of reading his bio, his answer to a couple questions I asked and my own judgement/feelings all told. Oh, and our session exceeded any and all possible expectations I may have had before "Hello". To be freed from the rut my mind seemed hopelessly stuck in is freedom indeed - Who knew taking my foot off the accelerator for just a moment to try and recall where I was in 1972 - by the time I answered and remembered the rut I'd been losing my patience with - I had to look in the mirror and not believing what I seen, checked the rear view mirror for good measure - Yup, about 30' behind me. Imagine That!
