Clara Mackinlay (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist currently working under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Black at Silvi Integrative Health. She holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University – Los Angeles.
Clara brings a warm, grounded, and deeply attuned presence to her work, creating a safe space for clients to explore the full range of their emotional experiences. She is honest and direct-unafraid to lovingly challenge patterns that keep clients stuck, while honoring their inner wisdom and capacity to heal.
She works with high achievers, perfectionists, people-pleasers, workaholics, and those with chronic trauma who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or burned out. Many of her clients have tried traditional talk therapy and are seeking something deeper-an approach that integrates the body, honors the nervous system, and supports lasting change.
In addition to her therapy training, Clara is a Certified Somatic Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, and Plant Medicine Specialist. Outside of sessions, you'll find her in nature, on the dance floor, or cuddling with her cats.
