About Dr. Colin McGlynn

Colin was born and raised in upstate New York (Canandaigua, NY). He attended Nazareth College of Rochester, where he played on the Men’s Basketball and Volleyball teams. After graduating in 2018 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Colin moved to the Carolinas for a couple of years before relocating to Southern California in 2020. In 2024, he and his wife moved back to the Wilmington area, where they have been enjoying the southern charm the city has to offer. Colin’s clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including acute care, home health, long- term care, and outpatient orthopedics. He is especially passionate about working with athletes of all ages and skill levels, with a recent focus on surfing, golf, baseball, and volleyball. He is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), a specialty certification focused on golf performance, and spent a year working in a golf-specific clinic. Colin is dedicated to providing individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to help his patients continue doing what they love. In his free time, Colin enjoys surfing, playing volleyball, golfing, running, biking, swimming, and spending time with his wife, Jen, and their two dogs, Dixie and Nutella. He is also an avid supporter of the Buffalo Bills (Go Bills!).
