Whether you are going through a transition or find yourself repeating the same unwanted patterns, I provide a safe environment to help you examine your inner struggles and work toward personal growth. Using a client-centered, and strengths-based perspective, I will partner with you in a process of self-discovery and actualization. I am passionate about helping adolescents, and adults. Being a part of your growth process in creating meaningful relationships, is what I do best.
I specialize in relationship issues, transition issues, managing stress and anxiety. I work with adolescents with ADHD, depression, anxiety, oppositional behaviors, and low self-esteem. I help families develop open communication, respect, and appreciation for one another. Whatever the need, our time will be tailored to meet your specific goals.
I have daytime, and evening hours available. I am looking forward to working with you.
