My work with clients goes well beyond traditional “talk therapy” such as having speciliaties in EMDR, hypnotherapy, NLP, etc., which supports my unique ability to quickly “get” people in both the patterns in their distress and who they really know themselves to be.
I bring more than 15 years of clinical experience with extensive training in a range of therapeutic methods, from foundational psychology to more cutting-edge, holistic approaches toward facilitating transformative life changes for clients.
My work honors the importance of therapies based on the heart, body, mind and spirit connection, which gets you out of your head and into your heart and body to encourage and instill deep and lasting change.
My passion is to empower clients to stop reliving the relationships and experiences that no longer serve them so they can realize their true potential – at work, within their communities, and in their personal and family lives.
When it comes to relationships with others — whether it be a loved one, co-worker or friend — almost all of us fall into a place where we feel innocent and find fault, or blame, others. In many ways, this is a natural way of taking care of ourselves, but it’s not the healthiest approach to building sustaining relationships. Our tendency to protect gets in the way of connection.

Connie is very knowledgeable. She has helped me greatly to overcome my stress. She will connect with you very easily and find the perfect solutions to your existing problems. I am truely impressed by her fantastic techniques of treatment.

I was diagnosed with ADHD & addiction over the last couple of years. Connie Micale sounded very confident and was very caring about my current situation. Her addiction therapy was really very helpful. Would love to visit her weekly therapy sessions to find a better way of life.
