i was very happy with the the way my appointment went.
so easy to talk to and very sincere on my feelings
scheduling my first appointment was easy and the representative was super nice and caring. my psychiatrist was pleasant and compassionate
it was great!!!
she recommended i get referred to a therapist but when i talked to the staff they told me the doctor would have to refer me. still no therapist
thank you. feeling like myself again!!!
the doctor was cool, feel like they are making me jump through hoops to get my adhd meds refilled, but i understand they're exercising in abundance of caution.
the timelyness of this saved my life. not joking. i?ve been working so hard to find someone to help and since the day i made contact i have been quickly helped. thank you so much
mindpath has been the most easiest, non stressful & helpful way for me to have a dr. who can help me. i feel like i am heard & understood from the comfort of wherever i am at. my appointments are maybe 5 minutes long, to the point, & just positive!
i wish i had more timeto open upmore to the dr. feellike i left out a lot of important points , i?llright things downformy next appt
i?m new to receiving these online services but i appreciate the help from the provider and with time i will feel more comfortable with the process.
she listens to what i was saying
sunrise is good keep better
my clinician is awesome, easy transition.
the initial call center appointment booking was loud and distracting. it made providing and receiving information difficult and i nearly missed my appointment due to an issue of an incorrectly transcribed email address.
provider aziz is good with teenagers
thank you
when i first started with mindpath the office staff would reach out almost immediately to schedule my next appointment. the past two appointments this has not happened. it was of great help to have them reach out and schedule so quickly.
the scheduling system needs dramatic improvement. i did not recieve the new patient paper work (i check spam), and after someone resent it to me and i completed it, it was not registered and my appointment was canceled without notification. i continued to recieve reminder notifications despite it being canceled and i waited on the zoom call for nearly half an hour before calling and finding out there was no apt. the front desk staff were very nice and got me rescheduled right away, but there is clearly something wrong with this system.
