Therefore, we should not allow our past to control our future. I believe we are capable of learning how our past experiences influence our current thoughts and behaviors, creating space to develop new patterns in the process. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, which has equipped me with the skills to support individuals on this journey of growth and self-discovery.
