As your therapist, I welcome the opportunity to assist you in finding who you really want to be and how you really want to be living your life today and in the future!
My approach to the therapy experience is one of warmth and compassion, with a side of straight talk and honesty. The experience is a collaborative one in which together we will identify strategies and motivation for change so you can achieve the full yet balanced life you seek. We will work towards identifying those strategies and skills needed to achieve a full and meaningful life, aligned with your values.
I work with individuals (adolescents and adults) as well as couples to uncover relationship patterns that have you feeling stuck, and will assist you in finding better ways of communicating and coping.
**PLEASE NOTE: Courtney is an Out-Of-Network provider & does not accept insurance directly.
*DUE TO COVID-19 PRECAUTION, all sessions are currently via telehealth.
*All fees are due at time of appointment.
