When you book with me you can expect to have a down to earth and professional clinician who cares about those she serves. You can expect to feel safe, heard and gain the tools you need to make the changes in your own life.
Expect to talk about what brought you to see me, why your ready to start the counseling journey and how we can work together to start your journey and see real changes in your life.
I am a first generation college student who went into the social work field because I wanted to help the vulnerable population, young men and women, those grieving and/or suffering from anxiety, grief or trauma. I graduated from the University Of Texas-Arlington with my Masters in Social Work. I later went on to attain my license and became a Licensed Master Social Worker. I then went on to attain my hours and passed the exam to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have a servant heart, a passion to serve and a love for people.
I at one time felt unheard, unfocused and lost in my own life. I knew without being a licensed clinician, I could not fulfill my dream of serving those that some people may count out and may dismiss as a statistic with nothing to add to the world in which we live in. I want to give people the power to change their own lives all while supporting them throughout the process.

Most relevant
I do not recommend this provider. I scheduled this appointment during an emotionally difficult time, and chose to wait for two weeks for this specific provider. Thirty minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I was not contacted by the provider, so I called Zocdoc who got the owner of the practice on the phone. She lied and said that she texted me for additional information prior to my appointment. I told her I never received any contact from her office. She ultimately said that she canceled my appointment because they needed additional info from me. The owner was very casual about her error, then asked if I wanted to reschedule, as if it were a simple dental cleaning appointment. They are disorganized and they were very cavalier with my feelings. I would never use this provider, nor trust them with my therapy needs.
