I’ve never felt more seen, heard, and supported by another therapist. She really listens. She doesn’t judge. There’s nothing I could say that I feel would phase her. She believes in me. And she believes in herself and her ability to help me. She’s been willing to go the extra mile for me so that I can get the help I need and feel comfortable and safe in her care. I’ve made more progress with her in the 2 months I’ve been seeing her than with therapists I’ve seen for 1+ years. After years of therapy I feel I’ve finally found my perfect match in Crystal, and if you decide to take this step with her, I hope that you do too.

My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic, drawing on extensive knowledge of child and adolescent development, couples therapy, depression, self-esteem, and family dynamics. My goal is to help you understand, grow, and promote balance. I work with individuals to aid them in coping with trauma, anxiety, stress, and grief. Together, we create the equilibrium you deserve while fostering a better understanding of yourself and others.
My extensive background in child development, both pre- and post-graduate, combined with a Master’s in Social Work from New York University, allows me to integrate therapeutic techniques and implement a range of treatment modalities, including CBT, Gestalt, play therapy, and problem-solving. I strive to foster understanding while balancing perspectives and creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable enough to self-disclose.

Therapy has been great my daughter to open up to me and work on her self esteem. Crystal is attentive and I have seen significant progress after just a couple of sessions.

I truly enjoy Crystal. The times that we have met, I was going through some very rough times and in a dark place. She has helped me tremendously and has made me feel light at the end of a tunnel. I would recommend her for anyne that is in a time of need ????

I believe Crystal was very educated and easy to speak to. I felt it was a no judgment zone and we got straight to the point. I feel relieved and a weight off my shoulders knowing where my issues lie. I now have a road path to tackle my issues and move forward in life with better judgement and understanding. I know what I have to work on, and I have Crystal to thank for that. She is a very honest educated woman and I look forward to our next session. Considering getting a few sessions for a family member thanks to her professionalism.
