I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and received my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health at Kean University. I have experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, and/or trauma. I also have experience working in the field of addiction counseling.
I love being a part of my clients' journeys to wellness and healing. I enjoy celebrating uniqueness and bringing a compassionate, down-to-earth, and holistic approach to counseling tailored to each individual's needs. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients who feel “stuck” and who want to live a happier and more balanced life. I incorporate both CBT and DBT skills to help clients implement healthy coping mechanisms in times of stress.
