Trauma, illness, addiction, marital and parenting challenges, LGBTQIA+ related matters, life transitions, personality disorders...all can make managing daily life difficult. When you add the responsibilities of life, work and family, we have reached next level tough. You are not alone.
Using gentle guidance and the right treatment strategy, we can understand past traumas and experiences and how they settle into our bodies and psyche, which directly impacts wellbeing, healing and growth. Using a variety of interventions and solution focused sessions, my goal is to support and empower you towards living your best life.
