My approach My practice specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and substance abuse counseling. My focus I have been working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals of all ages for the past 6 years. I am familiar with a variety of settings and programs, including teletherapy, social intervention programs, day treatment facilities, and private therapy centers. I am well versed in teletherapy with children and adolescents, using a variety of mediums to increase engagement. My communication style I believe concrete and lasting change in our lives is achievable. Together, we will begin a journey focused on understanding yourself, your relationships, and your history. We each have a unique story. Through therapy, that journey of discovery, processing, and integration can help uncover, heal, and reconnect.
