I am currently a licensed Associate therapist actively working toward full licensure in the state of Utah, because of this I am able to offer incredibly affordable rates for my therapy services. Regarding insurance, I able to take Select Health, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare West, DMBA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and PEHP.
