I've been working with Fay for over a year now and she is the *best* therapist I've ever seen. She's friendly, warm, and supportive. I feel safe bringing any concerns to her because she never judges. She takes a holistic approach to mental health care: CBT, meditation, mind-body connection, writing exercises, EMDR, hypnosis, etc. I'm in the best place mentally and emotionally in decades, and it's due in large part to working with Fay. I recommend her enthusiastically.

My experience at LifeStance Health have been wonderful and I enjoy the positive atmosphere. It’s been everything I’ve wanted it to be in finding a therapist. Mrs. Faye has really been phenomenal in helping me to heal and find a positive outlook on life again. Thank you I’m truly grateful for it all.
