I am a dual diagnosis counselor independently licensed in treating mental health and substance abuse. I have over twenty years experience as a psychotherapist. I am trained in a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy; solution focused therapy; trauma informed care and strengths based reality therapy. I teach tools such as communication skills; conflict resolution; anxiety reduction and stress management. The relationship between counselor and client is important.
