I earned my Master’s in Social Work from San Diego State University and have over 20 years of experience using a variety of therapy approaches. This allows me to tailor our work together to fit your unique needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals who may be facing challenges such as trauma, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Together, we can create a space for self-reflection, growth, and meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible, so you feel at ease from the beginning. We’ll work at your pace to help you move toward your goals and the life you want.
