I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an MA and over 15 years of experience treating individuals with chronic pain and specific anxiety disorders such as Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and OCD. My approach is inspired by holistically based methods, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, CBT, and Energy Psychology. I believe in the power of these techniques to foster healing and personal growth.
