I tell everyone about Doug and Resilient, it's wild. I have gone to many physical therapists, and NEVER have I been to a group as effective and wonderful as this one. Doug treated my plantar fasciitis by addressing my individual alignment rather than assigning cookie-cutter exercises, and it hasn't bothered me since (and that stuff can last FOREVER). I went to him again before and after ankle surgery and regained mobility safely under his guidance, and was able to return to my sport. His bedside manner is super reassuring, and he listens so well. Surgery recovery is scary, and he made me feel very safe throughout the process. I can't recommend him enough. Trevor is also incredible, anecdotally - my friend has been seeing him for post-concussion treatment for a few years and feels equally taken care of and listened too. They're worth every penny (and won't over-prescribe sessions just to keep you paying, which is huge), just go :)
I really enjoyed my PT sessions with Doug. I came out of treatment feeling stronger and more confident in my elbow mobility than before which was really beneficial to my daily life. During the sessions, Doug also made great conversation which was really fun! Scheduling and figuring out the insurance-related things was also super easy and efficient thanks to Angela :) Overall really great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend!

Doug is a brilliant PT and trainer. He helped me work through my rotator cuff tear and get back to climbing quickly

As a collegiate athlete and spin instructor with multiple concurring injuries and rehab needed for extensive orthopedic surgeries (including PAO for hip dysplasia), I’ve been to my fair share of PTs. Resilient PT was unlike any other. Doug kept me feeling challenged like an athlete even while non weightbearing. The 1 on 1 sessions and unique exercise programming in combination with each trainer’s genuine commitment to compassion & resilience lends itself to unparalleled results. Would recommend to the closest of my family and friends.
