I provide trauma-informed therapy in St. Louis for adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, borderline personality disorder, and major life transitions. Through my work on a crisis hotline and in an NYC program treating opioid addiction, I’ve supported people through intense, vulnerable moments. As a Missouri-licensed therapist (LMSW), I offer a warm, queer-affirming, collaborative approach that draws upon CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). In our work together, we won’t push your feelings aside. We’ll attune to them, strengthen what supports you, and move toward the space where possibility begins.
