I am a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in working with individuals living with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma-related struggles, adjustment issues, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. I work through a person-centered approach while combining other modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
I am committed to helping individuals live life to their fullest potential. I work through a non-judgmental approach and provide a warm environment as I guide you on becoming your authentic self and meeting your goals. We work together to help relieve you from the barriers that are acting as roadblocks.
