Navigating this thing called life can be tricky, especially with the challenges we are currently facing! I am pleased to help you discover what it takes to make you feel whole. I am passionate about helping others, providing therapy services in an empathetic and non-judgmental environment. I enjoy and have experience working with all age groups. I look forward to creating a partnership with you where we address concerns regarding anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, trauma, anger, and self-harming behavior. I use a variety of treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy; I also use the harm reduction model when addressing substance abuse issues. Together, we will create realistic goals that will jump-start your treatment in an environment where I encourage you to be yourself.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Prairie View A&M University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

After you complete registration, you’ll be able to log in to Tava to join your session, book additional sessions, and message your therapist. Appointments are for talk therapy over video.
