I am passionate about helping others, providing therapy services in an empathetic and non-judgmental environment. I enjoy and have experience working with all age groups. I look forward to creating a partnership with you where we address concerns regarding anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, trauma, anger, and self-harming behavior. I use a variety of treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy; I also use the harm reduction model when addressing substance abuse issues. Together, we will create realistic goals that will jump-start your treatment in an environment where I encourage you to be yourself.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Prairie View A&M University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
