I provide a cognitive behavioral modality of therapy while focusing on a person-centered approach in delivery of services. Educating clients in how previous trauma impacts the brain is a specific area of expertise I have obtained due to working with clients impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. I look forward to working with clients that desire to learn and implement effective coping skills that will assist them in achieving personal balance in their lives by focusing on six core areas that include self-esteem, self-control, trust, self-care, and setting appropriate boundaries with themselves and others.
