What should a new client know about working with you?

In our work together, I focus on your strengths and the parts of your life that are already moving in the right direction, while also making space for the challenges you want to address. Therapy, at its core, is relational: a genuine, mind-to-mind partnership dedicated to helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward the life you want. My style is easygoing and maybe even a little unconventional - as my ultimate goal is to establish a meaningful connection with those I work with. If you’re ready to take the next step and explore our fit, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will start with a brief 10-15 min phone consultation to discuss your goals and assess therapeutic fit. This will give you an opportunity to ask me any questions you may have as well. If we're a good fit, then we will schedule your first session (aka your intake session), where I will gather more information about you and what you hope to achieve in therapy. After this, we will meet for weekly sessions. You can expect therapy sessions to be around 50 minutes in duration. I look forward to working with you!
