Welcome! I work with individuals, families, and couples to bring lasting change within the family system. For the past nine years I've been passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples become empowered to create the best version of themselves and their relationships.

Our sessions will meet you where you are at and focuses on finding, enhancing, and utilizing your strengths to meet your treatment goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Am I the right therapist for you? I often work with adolescents and adults struggling with emotional, behavioral and trauma-related concerns; couples struggling with conflict, infidelity, and emotional disengagement; and parents struggling to adjust to the different stages of their children and family’s development. I strive to create an open, safe, and honest space for clients to feel free to share and work through all the things that are creating struggle and strife in their lives. I've seen lives change and I feel privileged to join them in their journey.
