Everyone is unique and everyone starts at a different place in therapy. Everyone deserves an individualized approach to care. I believe in meeting the person where they are at. If you have negative beliefs, past trauma, and addictions that keep you in a state of uncertainty then lets work to together to create a safe, supportive space for you to talk through areas that are keeping you stuck.
