Elizabeth is thoughtful in her approach and effective. She is careful to explain what she is doing and why which Igreatly appreciated. Her muscle relaxation / releasing (aka massage - my favorite part of PT) is excellent and super strong. After a few months of work - and doing my homework - my hip really did see improvement!
