She helped me cut through everything to find some common themes in how I deal (or don't) with problems and has done so much to help me find new strategies to tackle both the difficult and the everyday stresses. Elizabeth Seaton is probably the first therapist I’ve seen that shows genuine care for her clients. She always provide well thought and educated answers without bias. I would highly recommend her for future clients.

Liz is such a welcoming and kind therapist. She is easy to built a rapport with and even makes therapy fun!
She offers helpful tips and suggestions for coping with the curveballs life throws at you that are universally helpful so they will last a lifetime. I highly recommend her and am so grateful to get to work with her!
