Hello, I'm Elizabeth! I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in the state of California. One of my goals in therapy is to create a safe space where you feel respected and comfortable to explore any challenging issues that may be affecting you. Through therapeutic work explored with compassion, I aim to help you gain insight and learn new skills that will improve your well-being. Additionally, I am bilingual (Spanish and English). As such, I can communicate in Spanish during our sessions if you prefer.
