My path to becoming a mental health provider was both personal and professional. I’ve always been curious about people—their stories, struggles, and what helps them heal. Early on, I noticed how many people carry silent burdens, and I wanted to be someone who could walk alongside them through that. I studied psychology in undergrad, then went on to get my master’s degree in counseling. During that time, I had internships where I worked with individuals facing everything from anxiety and depression to trauma and grief. Those experiences shaped my approach—learning to meet people where they are, not where I think they “should” be. My approach I want you to know that this space is yours. I’m here to support you, not to judge or push you into anything you're not ready for. I value honesty, compassion, and creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are—even if that means messy, uncertain, anxious, or quiet. My style is collaborative. I might bring in tools from approaches like CBT or mindfulness, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. I want to understand what you need, what feels safe, and what helps you grow. I also believe that humor, when appropriate, can be healing, and that healing doesn’t always look linear. Some days are about insight and breakthroughs, and others are about just surviving, and that’s okay. My focus If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in cycles of depression, navigating grief, or trying to process trauma, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. These are the kinds of challenges I specialize in supporting. Whether you're just beginning therapy or returning after some time away, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and never judged.
